Finally got off my lazy bum and got some gym time. Nitzer Ebb makes excellent exercise music, although I'm not particularly fond of EBM. But something about the tight synths and the voice shouting in your ear for an hour makes you keep going... and going... and going.

I just tried listening to the Phantom movie soundtrack again, in the hopes that maybe a while away from it would lend me a new perspective.

Guess what?

Emmy Rossum still sucks.

Gerard Butler still gives me aural rug burn.

I actually like Emmy Rossum as Christine...but I also haven't seen the live version. But I do wish I had a voice as good as hers.

I haven't seen that movie but the longer I contemplate it, the more it seems like it would be total ass. The only reason I'm even mildly interested is that cleolinda made such a funny go of it. Though I would like to hear Gerard Butler talk, seeing as how he's got (per Cleo again) the most Scottish accent ever. Rowr.
