Since the entry posted first will appear second on every view except calendar, this addendum to "Absinthe Makes the Heart Grow Fonder" gets posted first. XD If you see it all on its lonesome, don't panic, just refresh your f-list. And yes, this is the smutty bit.

Title: Excess
Fandom: Les Miserables
Pairing: Courfeyrac/Marius
Rating: Heavy R to light NC-17. Not for kiddies.
Warnings: Slash, sex, angst
Summary: Poor Marius finds that it's all a bit too much.
Notes: This is what happens after "Absinthe..."

* * *

Marius had expected it to be pleasurable. He had not expected it to be so overwhelming.

Warm hands on his bare skin; clothing tossed carelessly to the floor; wet, fevered, wine-soaked kisses. While he could still think, he noted that though Courfeyrac lavished slightly-slurred words of praise on his naked form, he never bothered to look him in the eye--and then they kissed and his head began to spin and he stopped thinking altogether.

It didn't take very much. Driven nearly to madness by the unfamiliar press of naked skin on naked skin, by the tangle of legs and arms and bodies, by the lips and tongue and teeth that sought out all the tender spots on his neck, he came with a strangled cry before Courfeyrac had time to do much more than slip a hand between his legs. Afterwards he shook and clung to Courfeyrac, his mind too overwhelmed to notice the finger pressed inside him, and so it was a further shock when Courfeyrac entered him. He was gentle, but it was too much for Marius, who lay back and gasped and did his best not to think so he wouldn't have to deal with this excess of sensation. When Courfeyrac was done he curled up beside Marius on the bed, kissed him, and fell immediately asleep. Marius, his mind reeling, found himself unable to sleep for hours with the unfamiliar body pressed against his. Finally he dozed.

When he woke up, it was almost noon and he was alone.
