I am failing English.
I am getting 100% in Russian.
Homophobes annoy me.
The student government annoys me for unrelated reasons.
From now on I shall refer to my period as estrogen poisoning.

Ooo, you lucky bitch. I've gradually developed a tolerance for the active ingredient in every single over-the-counter painkiller I've used for my cramps--that includes ibuprofen, aspirin, naproxen sodium, acetaminophen, and a score of others I forget. During an all-time low [as in, shaking so badly I couldn't hold a pencil] I once got something with codeine in it off a friend, and it worked--but I was sorta out of it for hours, and I never touched the stuff again. Narcotics = BAD, especially if you have weight training fifth period. So yea, no painkillers for Ann.

So birth control does help. And so does exercising. Yup.
Have you tried Playtex Heat Patches? You stick them on the outside of your undies and they stay heated up for a looong time. They're wonderful. You can also use them for other things, like back pain.
