Now, one has to wonder: how could one possibly have both a prostate gland and a female reproductive system that worked well enough to put one through The Monthly Agony? What use would a pregnant woman have for a drug designed to relieve menstrual cramps?

Active ingredients: acetaminophen 500 mg, caffeine 60 mg, pyrilamine maleate 15 mg.
And in the warnings section:
