Need help
Does anyone know of a program that would allow me to take screencaps from a plain ol' MPEG and save them as .jpeg or .gif? I've promised a girl in my English class I'd get some from Rammstein's Stripped video for her research project on the 1936 Olympics, and have no way of transferring the entire video to her.
Auditions for All-State Chorus are today. I'm screwed--a quarter of our score is rhythmic sight-reading, which I can't do to save my goddamn life. Buuut, the tryout site is way out in the middle of nowhere, which means I get a driving lesson since it's remote enought that I won't maim any pedestrians. Oh wow, Mom, over a month since I got my permit and this is my second lesson.
I also went down to the gay teen community center last night. They've relocated, so I spent half an hour wandering around between the U Street subway stop and their alleged new location at 14th and S streets, which is an absolutely shitty neighbourhood, especially after dark and if you look like a twelve-year-old boy. I finally found them five minutes before they closed up for the night, and they were all really friendly, but... guh. You'd think they could've stayed in the Capitol Hill area.
