By all rights today should have been excellent, as it involved hair dye, L'As du Falafel, meeting

toi_marguerite's adorably dorky boyfriend, Les Mis, Berthillon, and a confirmation on the apartment I'm going to rent. But I am having medication problems again, in addition to a gross stomachache and quite possibly PMS of the "I suck at life" variety. So I'm currently trying to get up the willpower to pick meeting spots for Barricade Day instead of curling up miserably in bed, and it is a losing battle.

Okay. Yes. Meeting spots. Fountain at the southern tip of the Luxembourg for the Latin Quarter on Saturday morning (behind the Port-Royal RER stop). Lunch at Quality Burger Restaurant. Saturday afternoon, meet at Carnavalet, probably the Rue de Sévigné entrance. Probably another fixed meeting point at Saint-Merry or Les Halles for those who want to join in later.

Sunday morning I need a meeting place near the Place d'Italie/Blvd de l'Hôpital that's easy to find and not hella busy. Uhhhh. Will come back to that one. St-François-Xavier Métro stop for the Rue Plumet. Procope is easy, we meet either at the restaurant or next to the Danton statue at the Odéon Métro stop. Afterwards, tramp off to either Bastille (I'm thinking the southern edge, near the water) or Filles-du-Calvaire, depending on time.

Now I just need to work out times for all this. Aaaaugh.
