tenlittlebullets | Poor impulse control

So apparently when I said I might get a buzz cut, what I meant was a couple millimeters of stubble all over. I didn't realize this was what I meant until I was sitting in the bathroom with a friend-of-a-friend testing out the buzz clippers, which were set to about half an inch.

Him: *buzzes a bit near the nape of my neck to test it* How's that?
Me: *feels it* Shorter.
Him: How short? Quarter inch? *tries that*
Me: *feels it* Shorter. Err on the side of too short rather than too long.
Him: This is pretty damn short...
Me: ...you know what, fuck it, let's do this V for Vendetta style.
Him: FUCK YES.

So for the second time in my life I bear a disturbing resemblance to Natalie Portman, and since last time the movie hadn't even come out yet and the photos had just leaked, maybe this time other people will notice as well. *g*
