OMG GEEKIEST. DINNER CONVERSATION. EVAH.
Yeah. After we stopped talking about fuel-injected bongs, some dude brought up that he'd just read "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time."
Me: Oh yeah, I read that. Probably identified a bit too much with the main character.
Him: Are you autistic?
Me: No, Asperger's.
Him: Dude, me too.
Some other guy: Represent! *raises hand for a high-five*
Me: *blink*
SOG: *laugh*
Me: Oh.
*high-fives exchanged all around*
All: Yeah. *lapse into silence and stare into space*

My sister has Asperger's. We just found out recently. Before that we just figured she was weird.
