Well. I have learned two things in the past 24 hours...
1) NyQuil doesn't do shit for my cold.
2) Just because #1 is true does not mean I should triple my dose of Vicks 44. No, it doesn't. No matter how benign the girl down the hall might claim it is.
Wait, three things.
3) Listening to Phantom of the Opera while accidentally stoned on cough syrup is, liek, teh coolest thing EVAH. Especially Vienna Phantom. 'Cause it's in German and yeah.
I feel sorta floaty when I walk. Fun. Although I don't recall this recording as having so much reverb.
(Incidentally, I have no idea why I'm using this icon, except that sulky Raoul is cute. And the music is reaaaaally pretty now. And my typing skills are failing, so I'd better stop.)
ETA: And actually, I'm understanding more of the German now that I'm not exactly sober. And now I feel floaty all over, not just when I walk. And that echo/reverb was DEFINITELY not there before. *grin*
ETA2: Forget the Vienna CD. Original London Cast is trippy as hell--can't go wrong with the classics.
