The general stupidity of the people who surround me every day on the Internet and sometimes in real life (when I'm not in an isolated pocket of family) makes me want to break out the eyesporks. It's not anything particularly horrible, it's just the... general, low-level dimness. Ditzy girls, trollish guys, a world that caters to the lowest common denominator. I may be nothing special, but the lowest common denominator makes me want to barf.

Yeah. I suspect I have some sort of early-onset PMS, because that's the most likely explanation for a sudden, unexplained horrible mood. The I-hate-everyone mood. Leave me alone, I'm doing the teen angst thing--see, look, watch this! "My angst ate my suffering in a void of meaningless existential nihilistic self-oppression..." See, I'm good at this, aren't I?

I should probably give the update on Thanksgiving when I'm in a better mood.

Oh, and I'm not going to get to see elfmanfan again till the middle of December, or possibly earlier if I take the train down on a weekend. Which is Teh Suck, but has nothing to do with my bad mood, which was brought on by idiots, not sexbombs. *kish* Even as I type I am plotting improbable weekend escape routes, liebling.

The LCD bites. What pisses me off the most is people who don't try to better themselves; who have the potential to be actually intelligent but don't use it.

I am so sorry I couldn't make it down this weekend; I feel terrible. The middle of December? = SO FAR AWAY.

Good luck with those escape routes. My friend Chris has family in Massachusetts, so I'll definitely hitch a ride up with him if he heads up anytime soon.

I dunno, you haven't seen me on my "off" days. hehe. Every once in awhile I will slip into my mother's personality and only slip back out when I catch myself doing something incredibly stupid. Then I have to go have a lie down so as not to slip into netspeak and drooling mode! *G*
