Owwwwwww.

Okay, it's officially time to get rid of the eyebrow piercing. I mean, it's pure sex and all, but it's infected to all hell and the fact of the matter is that I don't like having a bit of metal protruding from my face. No more surface piercings.

This statement might or might not have been brought on by the fact that the entire area around the piercing, though it has stopped crusting and oozing, has swelled up into a gigantically painful and frighteningly solid lump. *wince*

AU plotbunny still nibbling me. It's inserted itself into my brain and made itself plausible; now there's no getting rid of it.

Finally get paid on Thursday. w00t.

Aw man, I hate when piercings get infected x.x; I guess taking it out would be the best thing to do now though.

As one who has had an eyebrow piercing, I can tell you the two things you need to do for it are 1) wash it with anti-bacterial soap at least twice a day until the infection goes away (and then once a day thereafter for about six weeks) and 2) get some sea salt, mix it with warm water, pour it in a shot glass, and hold the whole thing over the piercing. The warm salt water will draw the pus and stuff out, and if you get the right amount of surface tension/suction, you should be able to do things one handed while holding the shot glass to your head.

Trust me, this works. It's what I did for my piercing, and it really, really helped.
