So, about the Sekrit Halloween Costume? I lied. It's not a secret anymore.

Was originally planning to be whore!Fantine. Bleach hair, black front teeth out, wear too much makeup and a low-cut dress. I actually like this idea, except (a) no one would recognize me, (b) I'd be cold as shit even without a snowball down my back, and (c) unless I want to be goth!Fantine, I will have to buy a new dress, and satin ballgowns, even used, beat-up, muddy ones, do not grow on trees. Even on ebay. It's still tempting though, not least because it'd be a pretty easy costume. In conclusion: not very recognizable, expensive, but simple and easy to pull off.

Lately, though, have been tempted by the idea of being dead!Enjolras. Bleach hair, black pants, white shirt, black cravat, flag tied around waist, eight bullet wounds to the chest... and, of course, The Vest. Which is the problem with this costume, as the mere thought of stitching 42 rows of gold trim and 84 buttons on a damn vest makes me flinch. Also, am very short, and quite female. But... still. It's dead!Enjolras. And eight bullets? That's hardxc0re, man. In conclusion: more recognizable, cheap-ish, but really bloody time-consuming and difficult to be convincing.
