Hugh, darling? I'm terribly sorry, but you've been replaced in my affections. *wibbles and points to current music*

Urgh. Our kitchen is absolutely squalid. I don't know whose dirty dishes and crumbs and rotting fruits are scattered all over the place, but it's really disgusting, we already have mice, and now it's starting to attract flies. I'm sure as hell not cleaning up their messes for them--especially because I'm really squicky about other people's food. But it's getting ridiculous. So totally living alone next year.

Have given up on To The Lighthouse; it won't be as easy to survive on Sparknotes for this as it was for Pride and Prejudice, but damned if I'm wading through another two hundred pages of stream of consciousness. Especially at six in the morning after having been up all night.

Oh yeah, note to self? If you're going to stay up all night, presumably to get homework done, it might be nice to actually do something. Even if it's not homework--a sewing project, or cleaning up your room a bit, or fic or something. Not poking around on IM and reading smut all night, fun as that may be. Something to make it at least partially worthwhile.
