93 Quai d'Orsay (Musée des Égouts)
Fontaine Jean Valjean, Montfermeil
Am I forgetting anything...?
Some of these are really sketchy in terms of relation to their canon/historical location, but I'll probably visit them anyway. The last is the only one I'm worried about, because it's way out in the banlieue and it'll be a pain in the ass to get there and I have no idea whether that part of Montfermeil is touristy or in a really scary neighborhood.
(P.S. You learn something new every day--the real Société des Amis du Peuple met at 22 rue des Grès, very close to the location of the fictional Musain. This is probably only cool to me because it unites my Thing about real-life Amis with my Thing about knowing exactly where everything was in 1830s Paris--but I am amused. Vic, you sneaky bastard.)
(P.P.S. In less than 24 hours I will be on a train from Bordeaux to Montreuil-sur-Mer, the first leg on a journey of pure and unabashed geekery. *flail*)
