This is the last week of classes. Next week is finals.

I have a half-hour presentation on the Analytical Engine to give tomorrow and a 7-page French research paper due Friday, plus small routine assignments in math, French, and Latin, and a concert on Saturday afternoon. My mother is driving up the day after tomorrow* to haul most of my dorm-room crap back to DC. This means that Tuesday and Wednesday are pretty much sacrificed to packing and loading shit into the car, which means I have all of--um, Thursday**. To write a 7-page research paper. In French.

* My brother leaves college the same week I do. I'm in Massachusetts, he's in North Carolina. We both need stuff hauled home. Ergo, my stuff gets hauled home a week early and I take the train home after finals, with the bonus that my mom (who can't make it to the concert Saturday) gets to sit in on our last rehearsal on Wednesday and hear what we're singing.

** Should I have started the paper earlier? Probably. Did I know my week was going to get eaten by packing? No, this was just arranged today. Hence, *flail*
