boring RL stuff.

Had a lovely weekend aside from car troubles; went out on a boat trip with mmebahorel and ladybranwen and mmejavert and elyse24601 on Sunday, had to hang around on Monday while my car got fixed, and decided to leave after dinner time so as to miss rush hour. Which means I got back to Northampton at about 2am, but hey, I made it in six and a half hours including traffic on the Garden State Parkway and a nasty deathtrap that involved lanes suddenly disappearing in the middle of the Tappan Zee Bridge. And since I'm going to be driving my poor car all over creation this summer I think I'm going to take it into the nearest dealership and see if they can do a general check-up on it to make sure nothing else is horribly wrong.

Have done fuckall at work today; boss told me on Thursday what I'm supposed to do this week while he's in Florida, but didn't write it down. So now I'm killing time refreshing LJ and forums and occasionally adding little bells and whistles to my existing programs.
