The Astounding Saga of the Cheap Pop-Tart Knockoffs, part two:

No anaphylaxis, just some annoying throat swelling. But oh good Lord, the things it did to my digestive system. Not in a "take two Rolaids and call me in the morning" way, more of a "Okay, who drained the contents of my abdomen and replaced them with sulfuric acid?" way. (And the only flavor of Rolaids the school store carries? Vanilla creme. With milk in them. SO NOT AMUSED.)

Also stress. Back killing me. Need a massage or something. Might have to stay in this shithole another semester, kill me now. So much Arabic homework.

Hi, how was your day?

is that Lillian Gish in your icon?

Yup! I don't know that I've even seen a whole movie with her, but she was a major figure in a film class I took and I got a bit of a crush. ^_^

...That really sucks. Poor you.

Don't you just wish they'd tell you if there was dairy in a product? You know, a large red sticker or something? The barista ignored my asking for soy milk and put half and half in the latte instead. Fortunately my reactions aren't as severe as yours, but I was still bedridden most of the day and still feel sick. I hope you start to feel better.

Oh, ew. *hugs* I've never even tried ordering coffee in a restaurant or coffee place before--too much of a risk for instant death.
