the "who are you and what have you done with Ann?" post.

I've been having an unusually productive day today. To wit: took ten minutes out of my morning to dress up a bit, aced an Arabic test, went into town, called my mother, bought her a birthday present, went to K-mart in vague search of a table to put the sewing machine on, wound up buying mousetraps, cake mix, reading glasses, and some flowers to brighten up our rather dreary living space. Set the mousetraps, put the flowers in a vase, might do my laundry next or possibly clean up the living room or bake a cake. Silly K-mart didn't have any card tables, or for that matter any tables at all for less than $50. Where the fuck am I supposed to put the sewing machine then? It currently lives on top of my dresser, which is far too high up for me to use it. Hmph.

The reading glasses are teh sex. I got them at the dollar store and they help immensely in reading the itty bitty print in the annotated LM. Wheee. (Incidentally, I just opened up to a random page and the very first paragraph goes: J'ai soif. Mortels, je fais un rêve : que la tonne de Heidelberg ait une attaque d'apoplexie, et être de la douzaine de sangsues qu'on lui appliquera...)

Gee, I'm feeling domestic today. Ah well, got to get it all done sometime.

That quote is really bizarre. I like it, though.

Yay for productivity! If you bake a cake you must share the recipe with us.

Fine, you try baking a real cake in a dorm kitchen on a broke-college-student budget. XD

It's worth a try!
Actually, with all you've mentioned about mice infestations, I probably wouldn't bake there at all. Germs galore dontchaknow.

Ahhh, mice. Just set traps out today, thank god, maybe I'll be rid of the buggers soon.

SO much love for your icon! The Bishop section proved to be something of a speed bump in my reading...

Also- did you ever get that package I sent off? It went out about three and a half to four weeks ago?

Mom says it arrived, yes, but it's at home and I'm at school so I probably won't be able to open it until the 22nd or so, which is break. Eagerly awaiting it. ^_^

Good-oh! I was worried it had been lost in the mail or something. Well, when you get it enjoy it!
