A little exercise in self-indulgence; please excuse me.
Things I'm gonna buy when I have a job:
1. Les Mis tickets. Shiiiiiny.
2. Those four 2003 Japanese LM recordings
3. A new computer. A desktop, so I can upgrade it. I think the biggest upgrade will be a gigantic hard drive--my laptop's 55Gb just isn't cutting it.
4. Period clothing. Muchly with the period clothing. Including but not limited to an 18th century style frock coat, at least one marginally accurate late Victorian dress, a decent top hat, an underbust corset, a bustle (+ skirts that go with it), a chain for my pocketwatch, perhaps some petticoats, ruffled shirts, and other appropriately period undergarments...
5. Frilly, foofy, pretty clothing in general. Including but not limited to more circle skirts in varying styles, ridiculously extravagant hats, some of the more gothable (i.e. not floral, ick) Gunne Sax-ish dresses, lace and ribbons to sew onto existing nonfrilly clothing, nice shoes, etc etc etc.
6. A really shiny sound system.
7. A decent flatbed scanner.
8.BPAL perfumes No. Must not succumb to temptation.
9. Allem's annotated Brick. I wanna BUY it this time, not borrow from the library.
There's probably loads more, but yes. These are the things I like to waste my money on.

I suggest you look into Vivanne Westwood's designs the earlier ones; her 2006 collection is dull), though that may tantilize you more that needed.

Japanese LM recordings = definitely a great thing to spend money on. I have the one with Tetsuya Bessho as Valjean and I was beyond impressed.
