So I was drivin' along, listenin' to my Return of the Jedi soundtrack...

Holy hell. A bright, shining plot for NaNoWrimo just sprang fully formed out of my head, like freaking Athena or something.

And it is, of all things, a Star Wars fic.

A redeemed!Anakin fic at that.

Somebody shoot me before I write this monstrosity.

Will it conflict terribly with your school?

[identity profile] mollisher.livejournal.com 2006-09-19 09:03 pm (UTC)(link)
sounds interesting. Should I be afraid?

[identity profile] 10littlebullets.livejournal.com 2006-09-19 09:06 pm (UTC)(link)
Possibly.

I promise there is no Anakinjolras involved, though.

Anakinjolras = the result of way too many "people who should NEVER be in a Les Mis movie" conversations.

What is NaNoWrimo? I've heard lots of people talk about it, but no one's ever told me exactly what it is.

Would it conflict with college (er... which one are you going to again, dear? I know you take lots of language classes there, but I have a weird memory. It's like Swiss cheese. It absorbs some random facts and never forgets them- I know you bought a hoop skirt on ebay.com several months ago- but it forgets the more important facts- like what colleges people are applying/going to. *flails around* I fail at life.)?

NaNoWriMo, aka National Novel Writing Month, is basically a bunch of crazy people sitting down and trying to write a 50,000 word story between November 1 and November 30. I've never done it, but that's chiefly because I never had a suitable idea at the right time. And now... *evil laughter*

Er, the reason you have no idea which school I'm at is that I probably haven't mentioned it. XD I'm just taking a couple of classes at Montgomery College because I need a few miscellaneous credits.

I SUPPORT THIS.

*supports and is unhelpful*

[identity profile] josiana.livejournal.com 2006-09-19 10:49 pm (UTC)(link)
Oooh, you should write it. It sounds interesting. :D *unhelpful*

[identity profile] vana-tuivana.livejournal.com 2006-09-19 11:06 pm (UTC)(link)
This is either madness... or brilliance. *crookedy grin*

I say go for it. And if you do NaNo anything like I do, this story will get shunted aside after the first week to make room for the EPIC ROMANCE between a prince and a crossdressing pirate that was going on in the background all along. OMG TRU LUV.

... *shame*

Why does that smack of Twelfth Night?

Doooooooooo iiiiiiiiiiiiiit. *enables* *loves Anakin fic*

[identity profile] devils-child7.livejournal.com 2006-09-23 08:17 pm (UTC)(link)
That could be either insane or brilliant. My vote is for the latter.
