Bah. I've had horrid insomnia the past two nights running, work sucked today, and I just spent way too much money on ebay on stuff that wasn't worth what I paid for it. I should by all rights be feeling pretty damn cranky--did I mention three hours of sleep two nights in a row?--but I'm in a strangely good mood.

It must be a full moon or something, though. Most of the people who come by the pet store are really nice and in my first two months I only had one nasty customer--but today the sucky customers were out in force. Aack.

We did get the roof fixed! My ceiling no longer leaks, and I can now use my entire bookshelf without having to worry whether the books near the drippy corner are going to get wet.
