I talked to Norm at the stage door last night, and he said Ben Davis got injured and won't be able to step in as Javert. There's nothing solid about who they're going to get instead, but it looks like the most likely candidate at the moment is Gerard Butler.

That's what they originally intended, but some of the cast members objected, so I think that as a compromise they're just giving him tighter pants and letting him perform in an open shirt.

They wanted to bring in David Hasselhoff at first, but I think he's busy with the Producers right now so we're stuck with Gerard.
