This evening has brought me two revelations of monumental importance:

This chapter of Les Mis, which I always thought was a strange and useless non sequitur, is totally a shoutout to Baudelaire.

There's a store in town that sells falafel chips. Falafel chips. Like potato chips, only made out of chickpeas and win.

(Also, Sarah Palin is a bubblehead, but that's hardly a revelation.)

I don't think it's a chain at all--looks more like a little independent health food store. But that means that little independent health food stores all over the country probably have them!
