Nerd-party's still on for tomorrow! mmebahorel, elyse24601, mmejavert, and anyone else in the DC area who can/wants to come (ladybranwen? ladyshrew? followthatcab? srevans? anyone I'm being thoughtless enough to forget?)... I'm thinking around 7pm, although anyone who wants to is welcome to drop by earlier or later.

I can't feed everyone dinner, but there will be tea and snacks and drinks both alcoholic and non. Including absinthe if people are still willing to pitch in for a bottle. And probably a silly historically inaccurate costume drama for us to laugh at while we ogle the costumes.

And despite the probable presence of beer (which my brother left lots of), brandy, and absinthe, we will not be playing any Grantaire's-hideous-cocktail drinking games unless y'all really, really want to. XD

We could always play the TAC drinking game, though! :D I always wanted to try it with, um, a real drink. XD

Or we can do it for whatever silly movie we end up watching. Haha.

Um, I'm bringing a jug of sangria, the bottle of brandy used to fortify the sangria, and some blackberries and raspberries (which coincidentally went in the sangria). Happy to bring other stuff should it be requested or required...

And while the sangria I have isn't, um, plentiful, it should be enough considering how much booze-soaked fruit there is for the eating. XD

Wish I could come! But, I've decided that I really ought to do nothing but rest up this weekend, and goodness knows I need some alone time after everything last week.
