My hair is finally long enough for a braided bun! Like, a decent one, not just "braid doubled back on itself." With coils and shit.

...oh god this is so much easier to hold up with a hairstick than a regular bun. If this holds all day, I'll probably be wearing my hair up a lot more often now. Which means less wear and tear on it. Which means it'll grow faster. Yay!

Oh, this is good! I went through a phase where I used an alice band and just rolled the rest of the hair up double in a bun at the nape of the neck, so it didn't go frizzy during the 5 seconds or so I let it down to party.

Then I found the Dutch doll bob, and it's short and easy!
