I... am pretty sure that's the nerdiest play I've ever seen.
Just got back from Arcadia. It was... oh dear god it was like seeing a Neal Stephenson novel adapted for the stage. I thought it was awesome but the people on either side of me walked out during intermission, haha. Too much brainfuck? Too much infodump? Waaaay too nerdy? Who knows. But seriously, Stoppard and Stephenson need to go out for drinks sometime. And record the conversation for posterity.
Also I somehow managed to turn up half an hour before the show and ask for student rush and get Row E center. In a crowded theater. Yeah, I don't know how that happened, maybe God wanted there to be at least one person in the building who'd get carded buying booze.
...somebody convince me I don't need to see it again tomorrow.

I think the only reason I managed to refrain from going to Arcadia again was that I got comps to go to Rock 'n' Roll again. I'm not so secretly hoping that the London revival will transfer to NY because I want to see it again and again and again.
(also, there is Septimus/Byron slash on Yuletide because Arcadia fans are awesome.)
