Dear self,

Nest time you're in a morose self-hatey frame of mind, look at the calendar before you spew your insecurity all over LJ.

(And of course the one time I am out of ibuprofen, I get my period at midnight on Saturday, just to ensure that I will have to trek all over the place to find a pharmacy that isn't closed Sundays. Blurgh.)

Ahhhh yes. I'll admit, I've never understood the evolutionary advantage of having to go through a phase once a month when we want to throw ourselves off the nearest cliff...unless it's some biological trick to make us want to get pregnant to avoid feeling the self-loathing?
