Grrrghhhh...
Went to the B&N midnight party. Actually I showed up in robes and a Slytherin shirt around 5:30 and ran smack into the Fox News reporters right inside the front doors--do I have good timing or what? I was on the freakin NEWS! And they were asking all these really stupid questions--'So do you think lots of Harry Potter fans have blue hair?' 'You're fifteen, right? And in this book Harry is fifteen too. How does it make you feel to be growing up with Harry?' Hee HEE.
Ran into my friends too. But I couldn't stay till midnight--only the people who reserved got theirs at midnight, the walk-ins had to make do with the leftovers, and I preordered mine off Amazon instead of reserving. So I decided my nerves couldn't take seeing people actually hold the fifth book while I couldn't get it, so I just left. Although I had fun teasing the Gryffindorks and the Cassie Claire/Draco whores while I was there...
So now I'm waiting, nerves frying, for the FedEx guy to get here. Aggghh... this is more than I can take... *dies*
