In case anyone cares.
All stories I'm currently working on, and their statuses.
Chapter two of Phantom slash fic: Halfway through. Last couple of paragraphs need some minor rewriting to fix transitions and such, but I'm too lazy and have no idea how to take it from the point I'm currently at. I know what I want to write, just not how to write it.
Chapter three of said fic: Ideas are bouncing around in my head and demanding to be put on paper, but I refuse to write it until I've finished the other chapter. I have a general plot and two vivid images that beg to be written; one is rather tragic, the other extremely inappropriate and R-rated.
Modern version of Phantom: Uninspired, insipid, and done-to-death--except the final lair scene, which I've scribbled parts of longhand and really should transcribe onto the computer. Might post it as a standalone if I ever get it done.
A few odd rewrites of Phantom scenes: Final lair again is promising, but I've screpped the original idea for an ickily melodramatic flashback sort of thing and am just letting Erik scare Christine out of her wits. The rest would be fun to write, but there's nothing new there so I'm letting them be.
Odd little femslashy thing: Have written one paragraph. The rest will not come. Curse thee, writer's block. Still not sure whether it's original or fic, or what fandom to make it if it is fic. Am sure, though, that it will be tooth-rottingly sweet and pathetically sad by turns.
There's also a soppily romantic, pseudo-gothic, Phantom-ish angstfest floating around up there, but I think I'll shelve it for now and save it for a time when I'm actually feeling soppily romantic. In other words, never. (Note to self: If it is inspired by song lyrics, especially Dead Boy's Poem by Nightwish, don't even bother writing it.)
And eee, the "date" is tomorrow night.
