Finally sent off my application to Simon's Rock. Holy crap that took a long time--to give you some idea, I finished my first essay on 3 April, but with the second essay, teacher recommendations, transcript request, and my parents not doing their part of the app, it's taken another two months to finish. Thank god for rolling admissions, man. I'm scheduled to drive up there for an interview on Friday.
My cat is sick. We have no idea what's wrong with him; about a week ago, he stopped eating, and the vet couldn't find a single thing wrong with him except for somethingoranother lipidosis in the liver which was caused by not eating. He pretty much lies around and sleeps all day, which is really disturbing considering how hyper and irritable he usually is--and we have to feed him through a tube in his stomach, which is time-consuming and really gross. I'm worried about him, but hopefully he'll recover. (He bloody better, considering the vet bill we're racking up.)
End of the school year is so close I can almost taste it. God damn, I want it to be summer.
Finished the frog dissections today. I continued to cut it up rather manically after we were done, causing no small amount of shrieking from the squeamish girls I was working with. Ha ha.
