Thank you, Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. You have inspired my inner fanartist to get off his lazy ass and start drawing, and I am very pleased about this.
It started off as a silly, vaguely Crowley/Aziraphale little sketch. Then I realized that none of Crowley's limbs looked too awkwardly bent, and nothing was too horribly out of proportion (still haven't drawn Aziraphale in yet though so that could change). Then I started adding little accents, and then, miracle of miracles, I started shading. Of course, the shading looks awkward and off because I've only seriously attempted it about four or five times in my doodling career, and two of them were for a sixth grade art class, but dude, it's shading. It's not just a collection of cartoonish lines in the vague shape of a human(?) form like I usually draw.
Obviously, when I have a lot to procrastinate on I become quite productive. Hell, maybe I'll write fic.
I wish I had a scanner here though. Because I'd love to attack that drawing in Photoshop.
By the way, I am so extremely going to hell because of some of the things I've turned up on my quest for good ol' dirty C/A smut. Seriously. In one night of poking around one site I've found stuff that has completely failed to turn up in three years and as many RPS fandoms--performed by an angel, to boot. Yeah, so definitely going to hell. I should feel dirty and guilty, but honestly it was way too hot for that.
