Vest AND trim arrived in the mail today. Will start work on it tomorrow, and just printed out a bunch of Enjolras pictures for... uh... reference. Yeah, that's it. Reference. XD Now if only I could stop being an idiot about my sewing machine and actually get a bobbin wound without tangling, and then manage to thread it properly. Oh, I am so hopelessly clueless about my sewing machine. *g* No, don't worry, I'll figure it out eventually, either that or run out of thread to tangle and not be able to do any further harm.
-Take in bottom of vest & fiddle with how to change the front so the fit suggests "I am a crazy revolutionary," not "I am a K-Mart employee."
-Sew on gold trim. Time-consuming but hopefully easy.
-Procure white collared shirt. One should be arriving soon from ebay, but if that doesn't come through in time pester mother to bring one up on parents' weekend.
-Cajole mom into buying me a yard each of red, white, and blue cotton and bringing that up too, so I don't spend a fortune on ebay only to have it not ship in time
-Sew said cotton at the last minute into a tricolor sash
-Dye hair blond XD
-Freak out due to lack of brass buttons for vest. Cope, somehow.
-Get excessive with the bullet wound FX
-Pout because I'm not allowed to carry a carbine around campus. Even a fake one.
-Look pretty. And dead.
-Get car fixed. DAMMIT, YOU NEED TO DO THIS.
-Cash paychecks so I can actually afford to get the car fixed.
-Finish putting up Halloween decorations. Mostly just a matter of putting up the black crepe paper by now, except...
-Go to hardware store and pick up some nails to hang up strings of black lights.
-Finalize plans on Halloween party. Which involves securing the consent of housemates (easy), collaborating with fellow gothfolk to put together an awesome setlist (easy) and spreading the word (harder). Oh, and cleaning up the damn common room.
-CLEAN ROOM.
-DO LAUNDRY.
-Write fic.
-Finish homework. (You'll notice "write fic" came first.)
-Stop forgetting to sleep and eat. It's bad for you.
-Buy some @#$%!ing Halloween candy to give out, since I won't be trick-or-treating for once.
