My corset arrived today! *bounces a bounce of perfect posture. and also a tiny fothermucking waist.* I love it. Love it to death. I'm not feeling the comparison some people make to a constant tight hug, but it definitely feels supportive. Wearing it is almost the opposite of a strain--I barely have to bother holding up my upper body anymore because there's this big ol' tightlaced steel contraption supporting me from my hips to my chest. So worth the hundred bucks, even if I'd been expecting an overbust and received a half-bust and any plans involving sheer blouses are now shot. And, bizarrely, it's not a fetish thing at all and yet somehow it's making me feel horny. *g* Like all the looseness is being shoved down.

So yes! Corset good!
