Yesterday was... a good day, I think? Yes, a good day. In addition to writing up that interesting little parody (and subsequently getting bits of it stuck in my head for the rest of the day), I had an excellent piano lesson. My piano teacher is the sort not to hold back if she thinks you're doing poorly, and I've been enough of a wreck the past two lessons to do very poorly indeed. So when yesterday's lesson was heaps of fun, I felt like I'd earned it. What else? Arabic and pactice for the musical revue both sucked because I haven't been doing my work, but after class I met up with a friend--or as close to a friend as I have in real life--and we went to the library and watched Rosemary's Baby and Alien. From this, I can discern two things: the first is that Rosemary should have taken the baby, gotten the hell out of there, and made Satan, that jackass, pay her child support; the second is that Sigourney Weaver wins at life, the universe, and everything. And then sometime around nine o'clock we staggered out of the library, and I went back to my room and started doodling a, shall we say, special version of Enjolras and Combeferre. *mysterious mysterious*

Was reminded sometime in the middle of the morning that it's Valentine's Day. Not particularly cheered by this, especially since the fact that it's VD doesn't change the massive amount of homework I have. In any case, once that's done I'll probably be spending the day in the company of junk food, porn, and a vibrator. How sweet and romantic.

Oh, and I see Les Mis the day after tomorrow. *extremely happy about this*
