Got a whole bunch of music equipment today--a decent microphone, a MIDI interface between my keyboard and a computer, and assorted mic stand/cable/etc stuff. Now if I can only fix up my laptop I'll be in business, and we'll have a mini recording studio.

Also got a large WWII history book to keep me occupied at camp (must. not. touch. till. 24th.) and my Hamburg cast Phantom arrived today. I swear, eventually I'm going to stop buying these things. Eventually. I want one of the Japanese ones though.

Oh, and RealPlayer must die. It's taking over my goddamned computer--it set itself as the default for every media file known to man, and now I can't turn it off. *snarl* It slows down my computer immensely too. Ye gods.

Yep. And the shitty part is that so much cool stuff is only available in .rm format that I can't even uninstall it.

Ininstall it and then reinstall it. It should ask you during the installation if you want it to be the default program. Tell the damn thing NO. Evil RealPlayer.
