ARGH! Sorry for not being on lately, we don't get internet on weekends >_<

But I went to Six Flags, fun fun. But I only got to ride three rollercoasters, because Batman & Robin had mechanical trouble and shut down, and Nitro closed down right as I was about to get on because of some approaching storm that never hit. FIE.

I think I have a new favourite coaster, although it appears to be nameless. If it has a name, it's just Batman: The Ride or something equally stupid, but it is uberkool! There was a long line, but I didn't actually mind because the decorations and scenery and theming were awesome. And the ride was like Alpengeist, my ex-favourite--just as good, but the decoration on this one trumps that.

w00t w00t, I get to meet [livejournal.com profile] sakari_nukpana in Hershey Park next Saturday. And another w00t for the Americans with Disabilities Act, which allows me to bring my own food into the park 'cause of food allergies and possibly cut lines 'cause of autistic spectrum disorder. *ponders* You really think they'd do that? Full-blown autism, yes, I can understand that, but I'm relatively well-adjusted... relatively being the operative word, heh. Perhaps if I spontaneously started rambling about the fascinating grammatical differences between English, German, and French I'd convince them, I just recently cottoned on that it annoys people when I do that. :)

Bla bla... I was in Barnes and Noble yesterday, bought some crappy paperback because I completely forgot that I've been wanting to get my hands on a copy of Dante's Divine Comedy for a while now. Bad me. Was also in the video store, had enough money to buy a used copy of Run Lola Run [or Boys Don't Cry, love that movie] but they were both on VHS and I don't have access to a VCR at camp, obviously. I brought my laptop, which has a rather wonky DVD player, but they didn't have either on DVD. Damnit. So now I have to wait for the mall trip, where all the DVDs are horribly overpriced. *sarcastic w00t*

My hair is fading. Will have to brave Hot Topic again to get more dye. Grargh.

I'm getting sick of this layout--it's rather boring, and it sidescrolls in anything below 1024x768, and anything above that looks like crap. So as I am in Web Design right now, I think next class I'll play around with style sheets and do one of those annoying flashy layouts with anchored background images and crosshair cursors and such. w00t w00t w00t. I'm feeling w00ty today.

I also have the basic plot of a story planned out for my creative writing class. If [livejournal.com profile] manveri is reading this she probably wouldn't be surprised to find out that it's about a serial killer who picks pretty girls off the street, kills them by poison so they stay beautiful, then when they start to decompose he buries them in the garden as fertiliser for his flowers. XD For some reason I love that idea, oh yes...

Almost time to go to lunch. Should probably bugger off and check email or something. Damn, I hate having limited 'net time...

I'm telling ya. . . .just go into the Ride's Office, ring the damned bell and tell them you have Autism Spectrum Disorder and have a hard time waiting in long lines. ::smiles:: I think only crappy-ass Disneyland asks for a doctor's statement. ::shrugs:: Have one of your group members tell them while you sit on a bench and rock!

Anyway, I'm excited, this is a big week for me and the Realmies!

Not to self: Get a real life!

*giggle* Sit on a bench and rock? Don't think that's a symptom of Asperger's, but then again the people at the Rides Office probably wouldn't know it from autism if someone walked up and started repetitively hitting them on the head.

Wait... why is this such a big week? Did I miss something? *worried*

Because she gets to meet you, Karen, Jen, possibly Tom, and I'm hopefully going to get a chance to call her from the airport I'm stopping in on my way to Spain. w00t.

[livejournal.com profile] manveri wrote a fic a while back about Tom Riddle that I really really liked. ::faint::

I Am Lord Voldemort, right? And from what I've seen of her newer stuff it makes IALV look like the first attempt of a Mary-Sue author. *SWOON* She should have the whole fandom kissing her feet.

YES, SHE SHOULD. I WOULD STRAY AWAY FROM SNAPE AND ORLI AND JOHNNY SO I COULD LICK HER.

Ahem. *g*
