Far easier to muse on laziness than to be productive.
So the cat's at the vet. I think we'll be able to pick him up this evening with instructions for insulin shots and the like.
I've been pondering my lack of productivity recently. I haven't updated the website in a while, and I'd like to add something more substantive than "hey, I have another map that nobody's going to be interested in." Trouble is that I don't know what to put up--I got most of the easy translations out of the way, so the ones that remain are all twenty-page behemoths that will require untold hours with Google and WordReference. I've been pondering maybe rewriting some of the meta and putting that section back up, or going back to UMD and finishing the Jeanne trial, or updating the icons page. Or putting up something new: PRC translations, maybe, or some of the random fandom I've been flinging about on LJ.
The tour guide will of course be updated after the Paris trip. At the very least I'll fix my mistakes on tracking down the Field of the Lark, the Gorbeau tenement, and the rue de l'Homme-Armé. I might also schlep back out to Montfermeil, since the Thénardier inn apparently had a real location.
The other thing I could do is, um, try to write fanfiction again. It's been a while. I used to have a giant proliferation of plotbunnies, but only a few have stuck with me, so I might take a shot at the shortest one sometime soon.
