Is it considered impolite to leave neutral feedback on an ebay transaction when the item was lost/heavily damaged in the post through no fault of the seller? One would think that's what the 'neutral' option is for, when you have no way to evaluate the transaction because you didn't get jack shit, but the last time that happened the seller got terrifically bitchy about it even though it was his fault the item broke.
